que no hay ninguna razon por la cual yo no
pueda ser una buena degustadora de vinos en el futuro.
At this time I’m relaxed, tasting wine and thinking there

En el verano estuvimos disfrutando de los diferentes sabores de la comida fresca , ligera, con carnes preparadas a la parrilla y con uso minimo del calor en la cocina.
This summer we were enjoying the different flavors of fresh light food, with grilled meats prepared with minimal use of heat in the kitchen.
Las bebidas para acompañarlas generalmente son jugos naturales,agua mineral,coca cola y para los mayores algo mas fuerte como una cerveza, un vino o en mi caso , mi preferencia es un coctel. Algunas veces sin alcohol como un Shirley Temple, a mi me encanta todo lo que tenga ginger ale, o una Maidenly Mimosa, combinacion de Jugo de naranja con vino espumoso.
The drinks are generally juices, mineral water, coke and for the older something stronger like a beer, wine or in my case, my preference is a cocktail. Sometimes without alcohol like a Shirley Temple, I love anything with ginger ale, or a Maidenly Mimosa , combination of orange juice with sparkling wine.
El otoño ya se acerca, las hojas de los arboles ya estan cambiando de colores, los dias son mas cortos y las noches mas frias. Durante esta temporada todos empezamos a anhelar las cosas que nos mantienen calientes como bufandas, chales y mitones. Adicionalmente, para calentar tanto el cuerpo como el alma lo mejor es una bebida caliente. Los expertos en el tema y los cocteleros han desarrollado una amplia variedad de cócteles por mas de dos siglos.
The fall is approaching, the leaves of the trees are already changing colour, the days are getting shorter and nights are getting cooler. During this time we all start to crave the things that keep us warm as scarves, shawls, and mittens. Additionally, the best thing to warm both body and soul is a hot drink. Experts in the subject, the bartenders and mixologists have developed a wide range of cocktails for more than two centuries.
However, sometimes we just want to enjoy a glass of wine on its own or to pairing food with wine. Although evidence shows that wine has been produced for thousands of years, and now is made in different countries around the world, there are many things to discover with repect to the wines. Especially whether which is the perfect wine for every occasion.
Mi conocimiento es basico y para seleccionar un vino estas son mis guias generales: Los vinos con un poco de dulce los considero con los
vegetales y los vinos dulces deben ser servidos con el postre.
Para los platos mas fuertes y con mucho sabor, el vino debe
ser con mas cuerpo, denso y generalmente con mas porcentaje de alcohol. Los
platos ligeros se pueden acompanar con vinos menos concentrados y esos son

To select a wine I follow the general guidelines: the wines with little sweetness pair them with vegetables and sweet wines should be served with dessert.
For stronger and flavorful dishes, the wine should has more body, more dense and usually higher alcohol percentage. Light bodied wines are the new black. Definitivamente hay mucho mas por aprender acerca de los
vinos pero al igual que se hace cuando se esta probando un vino hay que tomarse

There's definitely much more to learn about wine but as you do when you are testing the wine you should take time to learn this art. What better season than during the fall so far is starting.
