El sobre y su contenido : : The package and its content

Al paquete le tomo un poco mas de una semana en llegar. Yo lo había estado esperando por varios días y estuve mirando a diario el buzón de correo con la esperanza de que ya estuviera aquí.

It took a little over a week  for the package to arrive. I had been waiting for several days and I was looking at the mailbox every day hoping that it was here.

Al abrir el sobre había una bolsa delicadamente empacada con una tarjeta escrita con una linda dedicatoria y una postal de una de sus obras artísticas titulada "Bacyard with Fireflies". Adentro estaba la guirnalda tejida a ganchillo  con una lana suave y en colores radiantes. Un trabajo magnifico de la talentosa artista australiana Loretta Greyson.

When I opened the envelope there was a bag with a card written with a nice a beautiful words to me  and a postcard from one of her artwork entitled "Bacyard with Fireflies". Inside was the garland crocheted  with a soft wool in very radiant colors. A magnificent work of the talented Australian artist Loretta Grayson.

Desde el dia en que se anuncio mi nombre como la ganadora del sorteo que realizo Loretta Greyson en https://www.facebook.com/stellaviolet he estado muy emocionada. Siempre me han gustado las guirnaldas, incluso empece una con triángulos hace un tiempo atrás. Sin embargo aun no la he

terminado, como muchos otros proyectos que siguen en su bolsa para ser terminados cuando el tiempo

lo permita. Ya tome la decision de terminarla al igual que todos los otros proyectos pendientes. 

From the day when my name was announced as the winner of Loretta's giveaway in https://www.facebook.com/stellaviolet I've been very excited. I've always loved buntings/garlands, including one with triangles I started some time ago. But I have not finished yet, as many other projects that are still in their bag to be completed when the time allows. I've made ​​the decision to finish it like all other pending projects.

 

Definitivamente yo merezco darme el gusto de completarlos, apreciarlos y disfrutarlos.

Bueno, ya me desvíe del tema.

I definitely deserve to treat myself and complete them, appreciate them and enjoy them.

I digress.

No recuerdo desde hace cuanto tiempo yo he estado siguiendo sus proyectos creativos. Pero lo que si recuerdo es que fue amor a primera vista.Todo me encanta  el diseño, el material y  el manejo de color en cada uno de ellos.

I do not remember for how long I've been following her creative projects. But what I do remember is that it was love at first sight. I love the design, material and color management in each of them.

Desde que la guirnalda llego he estado ubicandola en diferentes sitios, sobre la chimenea, en el borde de la ventana mirandola y contemplandola y tratando de decidir en donde se quedara.

Ahora soy la dueña de esta preciosa guirnalda que va a alegrar y decorar mi Hogar Dulce Hogar.

Since the bunting came I've been placing it in different locations, over the fireplace, on the edge of the window watching her and wondering where it should come to stay.

Now I own this beautiful bunting that will brighten and decorate my Home Sweet Home.
